So my 2015 Tacoma hit a deer in March here the whole front end had to be replaced.
The airbag never deployed which here me.
So 2 months later I have it back now but with the airbag light on and no codes present.
I even took it to Toyota which thankfully the repair shop is covering it.
The master technician at Toyota no codes are stored in the module also stumped and currently has no solution.
Anyone have a clue at all?

Any dealership "master technician" that is "stumped and currently has no solution" over an SRS MIL being illuminated should be reported to the dealership's owner and if no satisfaction is found there then to Toyota who I guaranty has enough lawsuits going on that they will sort it out.
If that doesn't work report it to the NHSTA as a serious issue.

You can scan your codes and they will point to the module, but it may not be the problem especially if they are using the module with the 8619538 part number. I've run into more than a few instances where the dealer will scan and say to replace the module, but the module in it works perfectly fine after testing it on another vehicle.

It's important to note that UDFs must be stored in a code module. Organize Code in Code Modules. Other developers like to have all macros organized in the code modules. If they need to use sheet or workbook events, they add those events to the appropriate module and then call macros in the code modules from those events.

Technicians may find no communication with the TCM and or DTC U0101 stored in other modules.
A few TCM's have been returned from the field for analysis because of the above symptoms.
The field returned TCM's were analyzed and found to have two battery ground nodes inside the TCM damaged by excessive electrical current passing through the heatsink of the TCM.
The TCM is manufactured so that the heatsink of the TCM is isolated from all vehicle electrical no codes are stored in the module including vehicle chassis ground.
Do not ground welders, battery chargers, electrostatic painters or any other equipment to the heatsink.
Disconnect the 80 way connector from the TCM when electrically welding etc.

Positive battery power chassis harness wire just click for source pin 10 and pin 70 of the TCM to be wired without fuse protection of 10-15 amps.
Physical contact between heatsink and vehicle chassis or other ground circuit points.
Electrical grounding of devices such as arc welders, battery chargers, and electrostatic painters,or jumper cables to the TCM heatsink.
Switch ignition key off.
Disconnect the TCM electrical connector and remove TCM from the vehicle.
Test for continuity between pins 9 and 69 at the TCM.

Your code will work wherever you put it. However if you put it in a module it 'implies' that the code isn't connected to any particular form or Excel sheet - which is what you want. There's no functional difference, but 'proper' programming practice would dictate you put it in a module. – Nick.McDermaid Dec 18 '13 at 1:40

As automotive technicians, we use a myriad of no codes are stored in the module devices to diagnose broken motor vehicles.
Providing, of course, that our magic wand is in for repair.
Often, however, when we use a scan tool we find that it does not report any fault codes.
We can feel and hear engine misfires.
We can see smoke coming out everywhere.
We know by the sheer temperature of the engine bay that the catalytic converter is on fire!!!
So how can there be NO fault codes?
As you may already know, on many late model cars if an individual module ECM, TCM, etc.
This is particularly common on European cars, BMW for example.
Suppose I find that one or more no codes are stored in the module are not talking.
Why, I wonder, is this happening to me?
Modern cars are extremely advanced; the headaches they cause will never disappoint me.
Does it want to torture me?
Or could it be because something happened to the vehicle before I ever touched it?
Or maybe a set of incredibly huge speakers what are slots in battlefield 1 installed, complete with a bowel shaking 1000-watt amplifier with no regard to how the bus systems work.
These are just a few of the ways to completely collapse a CAN network or bus system needed to allow electronics modules to communicate.
Whatever will I do?
Before you throw your shoe at the car and run away crying, try something as simple as ……………….
Yep, this little bit of magic is a good way to jump start a confused CAN network that has been traumatized by ineptitude.
Simply remove the battery cables from the battery.
Touch the cables together.
European cars require a long mating period, typically no less than fifteen minutes.
After a while refit the battery cables positive first and run another scan.
You will most likely see a ton of faults codes appear, where they did not exist earlier.
Now you can stand tall and proud, hair combed neatly and teeth brushed, no codes are stored in the module you have conquered the faultless phenomenon.

A module can define functions, classes and variables.

This is accomplished by the module constantly reading values obtained by various performance maps and using signals generated by other devices monitoring the engine.
There no codes are stored in the module some common symptoms your vehicle will exhibit when things are out of sync.
Typically, there will also be one or more Diagnostic Trouble Code DTC once the vehicle has been scanned.
Transmission speed sensors are used to calculate the actual gear ratio of the transmission while in use.

My experience has shown that anytime a Check Engine light comes on, and there’s no codes stored, there’s problem with the computer. Let’s face it, the computer is an emission control device and shouldn’t do that.

I understand that codes can be stored and extracted that DO NOT result in the Check light coming on, but can the Check light be turned on WITHOUT storing a Code?
Logic my logic, click the following article course says that if the vehicle operator is going to be alerted to a fault, then a fault must exist.
Therefore there can be no light without a code being generated.
The same logic accepts that there can be faults that are not worthy of alerting the operator, and in such an instance there can be a stored code but no light.
Under what circumstances can there be a Check Light but no stored Code?
Thank you, Jeff The MIL or check engine light illuminates ONLY when there is an emissions failure.
It is possible to have a code stored without a check engine light, but it is not possible to have a check engine light without a code.
Emmission failures are any failure that increases the car's emissions beyond the EPA's allowable specs.
I have a 2000 Jeep GC that the ck engine light is on.
When I try to read the code with an ELM adapter to my laptop I do not get any stored codes.
If I do the ignition on off three times it does not display a code on the dash.
I have even left the battery unpluged overnight and the light come on instantly when starting the car.
The light came on when I was coasting downhill and turning the ignition no codes are stored in the module to save on gas.
Is their adapters that will read more codes then https://money-casino-spin.website/are/how-much-are-used-slot-machines-worth.html cheap ones that is affordable to the weekend mechanic?
Try using a different scanner.
Type A or Level 1 no codes are stored in the module />Requests illumination of the MIL after one failed driving cycle.
Stores a freeze frame DTC Diagnostic Trouble Code after one failed driving cycle.
The Federal Tailpipe Emission Standard will be exceeded by 1.
Sets a Pending Trouble Code after one failed driving cycle.
Clears a Pending Trouble Code after one successful driving cycle.
Turns on the MIL after two consecutive failed driving cycles.
Stores a freeze frame after two consecutive failed driving cycles 6.
The Federal Tailpipe Emission Standard may or may not be exceeded As for Type C and D codes, these are non-emissions related.
Type C codes can cause the MIL lamp to come on or illuminate another warning lampbut Type D codes do not cause the MIL lamp to come on.
A faulty condition or a failed repair will illuminate the MIL and report a DTC NOTE: This information is presented for information purposes only.

Generally if the light is coming on and no codes are stored the processor that triggers the light is faulty or the circuit is shorted to power. disconnect that circuit from the ECU if the light goes off probably an issue with the ECU, if the light stays on look for a short to power on that circuit.
